Training Plans
5212 Bronze
Our simplest option, we’ll send you a weekly email with detailed training sessions for cycling.
This plan is also available for indoor rowing.
- It’s a pdf document that breaks down each session, and you’ll see how every minute of it is used to ensure a structured quality workout.
- The cycling sessions can be done indoors or outdoors.
- The plan provides a training session for each day, although we do also include “rest days”
Initial payment of £40 followed by monthly standing order payments of £40.

5212 Silver
Suitable for cycling or rowing and with all the benefits of the 5212 Bronze package but with
- An upgrade to include unlimited access into the coach led sessions using the ZOOM platform.
- We’ll also develop a strength training programme to compliment and improve your cycling/rowing.
Initial payment of £50 followed by monthly standing order payments of £50.
This plan can be cancelled at any time with just 1 months’ notice.
5212 Gold
All the benefits of the 5212 Silver package but with
- An upgrade to include suitable sessions that can be used on the Zwift platform.
Initial payment of £60 followed by monthly standing order payments of £60.

5212 Platinum
All the benefits of the 5212 Gold package but with
- The plan and sessions tailored to your own specific needs.
Particularly suitable if you participate in other sports such as running, duathlon and triathlon
Initial payment of £75 followed by monthly standing order payments of £75.

The FiftyTwoTwelve 30-minute workout series
Always a bit short of time and struggle to stick to a plan as a consequence?
Our 30-minute workouts could be just the answer. A series of 22 workouts that help to develop the fundamentals of fitness. Ranging from Endurance to Tabata Intervals to sessions to develop power, speed and threshold ability. An upgrade is available to include Zwift files for the workouts. Also available for indoor rowing and even the Concept2 Ski-erg, but no Zwift option available on these!
- Great if you are short on time.
- The “pick n mix” of training sessions, you choose which to do!
- Useful sessions for using in “brick” sessions for triathletes and duathletes.
- Ideal indoor training sessions for mountain bikers, who’d much rather be out in the mud.
